This is a newer tool and what a pleasure! The management is friendly and responsive (Kevin). Breakfast is good. Our room was relatively large, with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave! Recommend this property…
I really enjoyed being in Hyatt Place Phoenix, I recommend Gilbert to everyone.

Excellent! We stay at the Hyatt Place every time we are in the Phx area and it never disappoints. Comfy beds, great breakfast, fantastic staff, good location, very clean, parking can be a little tricky if you’re coming in late. I’ll return whenever I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay during a family visit. The breakfast at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert was very good with a great selection. The bed was very comfortable. We also felt that the staff did an excellent job informing us about the renovation, and they were very good.

I had to stay in this Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert to my son's football tournament. The rooms were clean and spacious, loved it. Will definitely stay here again. I would have liked more options in their breakfast, but not that many many good restaurants nearby.
