Normal hotel for this price. Casino was boring for me, but it's okay if you want to kill couple days (evenings) playing slots. Rooms are clean, staff was correct in dialogs.

Sands Regency Casino — it's a shining star in Reno. Never stayed at this hotel, but visited casino — great place to play slots and take some drinks. Better with friends, last time I was alone, but at the same time it was fun. Thank you!

This is the perfect place for a family holiday. The staff is nice, helpful, and most of them speak different languages. The selection of food for breakfast is excellent. Many restaurants, shops and sightseeing nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and well equipped, casinos are prohibited in my country, so I tried the game abroad. In general, Normal hotel for this price.

Weekend with good friends. Great weather, great food. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. We were shopping, eating and shopping more. There are good shops with great styles and more than enough dishes. Take a ride, enjoy the hotel and this beautiful city.

Sands Regency Casino Hotel Reno Nevada This is a beautiful hotel and a short drive to restaurants and shops in Westlake. Please take time to ask about and stroll through the two gardens that are in the hotel — they are not immediately obvious, and yet both are beautiful. The pool is also worth a visit.

We first booked interconnecting rooms upon arrival that we were offered the option of relocating to a two-bedroom room for a reasonable additional charge. The extra seating and dining room was an excellent choice, as it was a holiday with a fair amount of time spent together in a room.

We found the hotel comfortable and very clean and the staff qualified and friendly. The hotel was good for the quality and comfort of the rooms and the amenities that are in the hotel.

I was so excited to go to Reno Nevada. I got a reservation at the Sands. But I was sadly disappointed. It is not the best area. Safety is an issue. They did have some wonderful staff members. The security team were awesome. Sadly I had something taken out of my room. I probably will not revisit this hotel again.

Each time I go to Reno, I stay in Sands Casino. Each time I found something different. This time I found a brand new small refrigerator in the room, a new low, wide dresser that I can put my luggage on, a brand new shower faucet. I also found live music performance at casino floor. With all these improvement, the room price still kept the same, not increased. Compared to the other casinos of the same size in Reno, I would say it is of good value for the price you pay. The other thing I would like to mention is Sands Buffet, it is always good.

I was on my way home and decided to spend a few days in Reno as late Christmas in August gift to ME!!The sands looked like a good deal. I had stayed there a few years back and it fit my meager budget and i found it was clean and well run.In I went and it was more than I expected.I will be back around Christmas for a 4 day stay.
