Decent hotel. Room rates are low and quite affordable for such a good level. In the room Sky TV, refrigerator, tea set, ordering food in the room, Wi-Fi. Bathroom for some reason with a transparent door, toilet separately, at the entrance… not very conveniently done. Good standard room

I like staying at Staybridge Suites Hot Spring, that they serve a terrific dinner on Monday and always on Monday an amazing homemade breakfast. The staff is very friendly and this is the best hot spring hotel I have found and I will not stay anywhere else.

We stayed at Staybridge on the lake for about a week and half. Most amazing experience! Great breakfast, and they have special dinners each night that were great. Very relaxing stay, view, and staff are amazing. Very clean rooms, and sitting areas, top notch! I recommend them to anyone traveling to Hot Springs or like us need refuge during remodeling. Sometimes I'd like to drop in when they do the burgers and hot dogs on the outdoor grill sounds simple but taste great!

My husband and I often travel with our French Bulldog. We are always looking for pet friendly hotels. Every Staybridge we ever stayed in was always with animals, which is a huge relief! We were given a “favorite” number. While I understand the need for France to be the ideal place for pet guests, the room they gave us smelled like a threshing floor and had stains everywhere on the carpet. We had to pay a $ 75 pet fee, which I accept, goes to any damages and more extensive room cleaning. Given this, I felt that in our room there should have been no “favorite” smell or stains. The fee is not paid, so even if your dog did not contribute to stains or smell, you are still out of $ 75. Apart from this little trouble, the room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is hearty and with a good selection of hot dishes. The location is good. It is hidden from the main noise and bustle, but still close enough to get to the center or Anthony Chapel. I’m sure that non-pet-friendly guests are very beautiful and well-kept. It’s very easy to miss a turn in to the hotel, even if you can clearly see that the hotel is right there. There is no road sign or sign that identifies the street, stops, and there is no avenue of hues, so do not forget about it when you look at where to stop. The hotel can see the hotel signage with an arrow, so you know where the turn is. This hotel is worth the price and the staff was friendly.

I travel, singled out, and I expected in the famous measure the level of service in the apartment «Staybridge». But at Hot Springs, the only ones served lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. My luck — my stay began on Thursday. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel does not have a spa and the hot tub was strange for a destination that everyone knows is a spa town with hot springs in nature. There was a big family meeting, raising a lot of hotel, so the child’s noise and slow service was the norm. Ever see 10 people in line to make waffles on the table for breakfast with a buffet? We did. If you are traveling to Hot Springs and are looking for a restful journey, don't stop here. The cost is more than staying located in the center of one of the classic hotels, like the Arlington Hotel, and this is the place where we will stop the trip to Hot Springs.

Spent on two nights at this hotel in June 2017. Spacious accommodation, everything is clean and well thought out. Comfortable bed. One of my pleasant surprises was that when it was time to sleep, the adjacent areas — the halls, the other rooms — did not send out loud noise. One of the poisons of resting in places like this is that other guests tend to knock around — souls, televisions, laughter, etc. Nothing of the kind was present, and I appreciated getting a good sleep. What else? The rooms come with a morning breakfast, which is generous and varied. Free newspapers available. Help is pleasant. I would stay again at Staybridge Suites Hot Spring without hesitation.

We stayed for a weekend at Staybridge Suites Hot Spring, dedicated to Memory Day. The hotel was fully booked. The staff was very friendly. We had a room with two bedrooms. The room was great. The hotel has an indoor pool, a place for a bonfire outside with a table and chairs around just hell. The morning breakfast was very good. Parking clogged at night. We had a great stay and hope to stay here again.

We lived on the fourth floor, and we had a great view of the lake. The trip to the baths area is a little more than 15 minutes and was balanced by the extra space in the room. A room for a sofa and a desktop made the place not feel constrained as standard hotel rooms. It was a good back up the stairs to the entrance on the first floor, and a lot of people had breakfast there. Families seemed to like the indoor pool. We did not need a kitchen portion, but it would be great for a long stay or family. The interior is the usual look of the «LODGE Apartments» «Staybridge» and the room was in good condition. Since this is for a longer stay, there were more TV channels than some hotels.
